Hi and Thank You for visiting our page! We've signed up to take part in My Poppy Run 2021. We’ll be joining a virtual community of fellow runners across the UK and globally completing our own runs. By taking part in this challenge we’ll be raising funds to support the Royal British Legion. Their Poppy Appeal was founded to help those in need following a national crisis 100 Years ago.

The employees of R&Q and Vibe are opting to run, walk and even row their way to their 5k (3.1 Miles) finish lines of their virtual challenges. Please show you support by generously donating to this fantastic cause!

Right now The Royal British Legion are helping those who are isolated from family, facing homelessness, struggling to feed their children and are in financial crisis. They are working tirelessly to ensure that those who have served are being looked after no matter what challenges they, and the country faces.
