The Poppy Appeal is the Royal British Legion’s biggest fundraising campaign held every year in November, during the period of Remembrance.

We remember those who lost their lives on active service in all conflicts; from the beginning of the First World War right up to the present day. We also remember all those who have served and their families.

Some colleagues and myself are walking around London from our office in Old Street on Monday 1st Nov past HMS Belfast and the Imperial War Museum, then finishing up at the Cenotaph in order to raise funds for the Poppy Appeal.
